Job summary

FreezPak Logistics in Philadelphia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team in a fast-paced cold storage environment.

You will oversee daily operations, optimize inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the Warehouse Manager and other departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience in cold storage preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Proficient in WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager and other departments.
• Maintain records and prepare performance reports.
• Manage equipment like forklifts and reach trucks.
• Ensure cold storage compliance.
