Job summary

RealCold is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations in our cold storage facility. You will oversee the team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate storage and distribution to meet customer schedules.

You should have at least 3 years in distribution/warehouse work, 1 year supervisory experience, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and forklift operations. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in a cold storage facility is a plus.
• Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jack and high reach forklift.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Safety Culture throughout the Facility.
• Supervise the warehouse team and recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for job assignments.
• Track and report warehouse activity to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with operations manager on performance evaluations.
