Responsibilities

• Oversee the account (Cold Storage Warehouse).
• Supervise and coordinate team members unloading containers + other assigned projects.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and coach staff on procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices.
• Maintain documentation and communicate discrepancies or damages.
• Engage in routine problem-solving to address customer requests and workload fluctuations.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding.
• Analyze Profit and Loss Statement.
• Collaborate with Corporate Office on projects.
