Responsibilities include enforcing GMP, overseeing shipments, inventory accuracy, scheduling, payroll coordination, and issue resolution. Requires 2+ years in warehouse supervision and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for product, associates and temp workers.
• Follow procedures for verification of shipments, handling and inventory.
• Coach and train associates to maintain skills at required levels.
• Oversee vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff and temps.
• Maintain GMP for a food-grade warehouse.
