Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to drive efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. You will supervise staff, manage shipping/receiving, and work to meet daily production goals.

The role targets strong leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, performance metrics, and collaboration with leadership. A bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field, or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules to assure effective operations.
Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel and matches skills to work required.
Supervises inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
