Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, supervise staff, and drive achievement of daily production goals. The role includes night shift coverage (3rd shift) and requires coordinating shipping/receiving, ensuring safety, and optimizing equipment use.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in a related field or 1–5 years of supervisory experience, plus experience with WMS (Manhattan preferred) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to learn performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Direct supervision of warehouse personnel and assignment matching skills.
• Supervises inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance with management.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports and improves operations.
