Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Manhattan preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, variable priorities environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping and receiving schedules to meet goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and assigns tasks by skill.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensures efficient use of equipment and coordinates maintenance.
• Delivers pre-shift meetings and supports staff development.
• Maintains timekeeping records and prepares end-of-shift reports.
