Job summary

CTDI is a hands-on Distribution Supervisor role overseeing warehouse operations, shipping, receiving and inventory within a CTDI facility. This position requires leadership to guide a diverse team and ensure accuracy, adherence to timelines, and customer requirements are met.

The 2nd Shift runs 3:30PM - 12:00AM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to coordinate with the Technical Repair team, generate key reports, train staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years supervising a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years warehouse operations and inventory control experience.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with RF devices and warehouse systems.
• Experience with SAP, WMS and TMS is preferred.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of employees and temporary workers handling shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Train staff on procedures and enforce adherence to processes.
• Coach and motivate employees to meet job expectations.
• Prepare attendance records and document deficiencies as needed.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and trends.
• Collaborate with the Technical Repair department to monitor turnaround times.
• Develop action plans to maximize efficiency while upholding quality.
• Maintain customer compliance and ensure timely processing.
