Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a hardworking Loader/Unloader in Stow, OH. This 40-hour, full-time role on the 2nd shift offers stable hours and the opportunity to support essential medical waste operations.

You will load/unload trucks, lift heavy containers, operate a weighbridge, and prepare orders for transport while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
