Job summary

Daniels Health in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader to join our medical waste transfer station team. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role requiring you to load and unload trucks, lift heavy containers, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

You will handle 50–75 lb containers, push carts up to 200 lbs, weigh waste on our weighbridge, and complete required paperwork. We offer stable full-time hours and a 2nd shift from 3PM to 11:30PM with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments.
Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.
Dependable, punctual and able to work quickly without shortcuts.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout the shift.
Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
Weigh incoming waste using the weighbridge system.
Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
