You will perform load/unload duties, handle heavy lifting, and work closely with your teammates to ensure timely transports and accurate paperwork. This position offers stability and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a labor-intensive environment is required.
• Comfort with repetitive heavy lifting all day is essential.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work quickly without cutting corners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Lift 50–75 lb containers repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using the weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure transports are ready on schedule.
