Job summary

Daniels Health in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader to join our medical waste transfer station team. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role that requires hands-on work, frequent lifting throughout the day, and a strong work ethic to help keep healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

You will load and unload trucks, weigh incoming waste with our weighbridge, prepare and stage outgoing orders, and complete required paperwork accurately.

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
