Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader for our medical waste transfer station. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role where you will load and unload trucks, lift heavy containers, and help keep operations moving safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments.
• Willing to perform repetitive heavy lifting all day.
• Able to work full-time on 2nd shift (3PM-11:30PM).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily with medical waste.
• Lift 50–75 lb containers repeatedly.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste with weighbridge.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing orders.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work with teammates to ensure transports are ready.
