Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Loader/Unloader for our Stow, OH location. This hands-on, physically demanding role involves loading/unloading, lifting heavy containers, and processing paperwork with precise detail. You’ll work with a team to ensure timely transports and maintain a safe, clean work area.

We offer full-time employment with benefits from day one. The position features a stable, non-seasonal schedule (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and a set hourly rate of $19.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive or warehouse environments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb repeatedly.
• Comfort with repetitive heavy lifting and fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
• Weigh incoming waste using our weighbridge system
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
• Team-oriented approach and reliable attendance
• Permanent, full-time role with non-seasonal stability
• Salary: $19.00 per hour; benefits from day one
