Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Loader/Unloader at their Stow, OH facility. This is a physically demanding, full-time role handling medical waste and sharps, with a Monday–Friday schedule and two possible first/early shifts.

You'll load/unload trucks, weigh waste, prepare orders, and maintain safety and paperwork. The job requires lifting 50–75 lb repeatedly, teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting throughout the day.
• Dependable and able to work quickly without cutting corners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout your shift
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
