Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Stow, OH is hiring a Loader/Unloader to join our medical waste transfer station team. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role where you will load and unload trucks, handle regulated waste, and help ensure transports are ready on schedule.

This full-time, 2nd shift position runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a non‑negotiable pay rate of $19.00 per hour, full benefits from day one, and a team‑oriented environment that values reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day
• Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50-75 lb containers throughout your shift
• Push and maneuver four‑wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule
