Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Loader/Unloader to join our Stow, OH team. This role involves lifting heavy containers, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring timely transport preparation in a fast-paced setting.

The position is full-time, with benefits from day one, and operates 3PM–11:30PM on weekdays. You will work with a team to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficient handling of medical waste across facilities.

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers.
• Lift 50-75 lb containers repeatedly throughout your shift.
• Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system.
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule.
