Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the United States is seeking a seasoned warehouse leader to oversee operations and drive continuous improvement across the distribution center.

You will lead a team, ensure safety, manage staffing and schedules, and apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes. Experience with WMS and MHE is essential, and a strong track record in a distribution environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years warehousing experience.
• 3-5 years leadership in a distribution environment.
• 1+ years of Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Knowledge of production and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and oversee planning, coordination, staffing, safety, and performance.
• Manage work schedules and attendance; ensure training and engagement.
• Promote 5S and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Utilize WMS and MHE to maintain smooth operations and accuracy.
• Present KPIs and participate in BRMs/QBRs with customers and stakeholders.
