Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities in Brownsburg. You will ensure full and efficient operation of your assigned area, leading a team of Warehouse Associates and enforcing safety and documentation standards.

You will work Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM, earning $23.97 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, paid weekly, and you will report to the Contract Logistics group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• GPD (Good Documentation Practice) experience is strongly preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Basic technical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities for your area.
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates.
• Ensure accurate inventory and timely order picking and shipping.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Follow health and safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed.
