Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Union, 2nd shift) to maintain and repair manufacturing process equipment and building systems. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC/R, pumps, motors, hydraulics, and building automation systems to ensure uptime and safety.

The role requires hands-on experience in industrial environments, relevant trade licenses, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Formación

• Must possess at least one of the listed trade licenses.
• Facility maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with pumps, motors, hydraulics, and HVAC/R systems.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varied hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing process equipment and HVAC/R systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Manage building automation and monitoring systems for optimal performance.
• Provide and maintain spare parts inventories to support maintenance operations.
• Complete work orders and PM documentation per client metrics.

Stationary Engineer License

Journeyman Millwright

Journeyman Pipefitter

Journeyman Plumber

Journeyman Machine Repair

Facility maintenance experience

HVAC/R systems experience
