Qualifications

• Strong TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding stainless steel.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small 2nd Shift manufacturing team of welders and CNC machinists.
• Perform hands-on TIG welding and fabrication work.
• Ensure all work meets quality and cosmetic standards.
• Support production priorities and coordinate with 1st Shift leadership.
• Train and develop less experienced welders.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Enforce safety requirements and best practices.
• Coach employees and manage performance, attendance, quality and safety.
