Total Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for 2nd shift to weld thin stainless steel and produce food-grade quality finishes. The role requires passing a welding test to determine starting pay and may involve first or second shifts.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Responsibilities include preparing parts, welding components, and assisting with inventory and large projects while ensuring precision and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience with TIG welding thin stainless steel
• Ability to interpret documents and drawings
• Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems
• Must have welding experience and pass a welding test
• Strong attention to quality and detail

Responsabilidades

• Preparing parts from raw materials for production
• Welding and fabricating standard products
• Assist in monthly inventory count and inventory control
• Inspect materials for quality before welding
• Report discrepancies to Supervisor/Quality Control
• Assist in large project construction and assembly as needed
• Measure and cut raw materials for fabrication as needed
• Look for ways to improve profitability and productivity
• Position pieces to be welded using jigs and fixtures according to layouts and drawings
