Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring a #3 Operator - 1st Shift in Eagan, Minnesota for our printing plant team. You will perform setup tasks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot processes on Core Print Solutions.

Base compensation ranges from $18 to $34 per hour, with shift differentials and an annual bonus opportunity. Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, documenting activities in SAP, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills and ability to troubleshoot independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and setup requirements.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment and product quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP; assist with inventory counts.
• Support safety programs and contribute to a safe work culture.
