Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking a Materials Management Associate - Receiving on the 2nd shift to join our Core Print Solutions team. You will operate a powered industrial vehicle, unload trucks, perform goods receipts, and use SAP/RF to record transactions, while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as load tags, purchase orders, safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Forklift certification preferred—will train non-certified applicants according to OSHA rules.
• Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) to move products and materials safely.
• Unload trucks and boxcars, perform goods receipts, cycle counting, and order delivery.
• Utilize ERP (SAP) and RF equipment to enter transactions and obtain information.
• Participate in the safety program to ensure compliance and contribute to safety culture.
• Provide data to internal departments as requested.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards using standard work procedures.
