Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring a #2 Subscription Services Operator in Eagan, Minnesota, on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm) with occasional overtime and weekends. You will review specs, monitor equipment, perform troubleshooting, document results in MII and SAP, and mentor other team members as needed.

You may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in role, plus shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a hands-on position within our Core Publishing Solutions group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others on industrial equipment.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.
• Able to read and interpret safety and production documents.
• Ability to lift and maneuver loads; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and setup requirements.
• Monitor equipment and product flow to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/equipment issues.
• Document activities and inventory in systems (MII, SAP).
• Provide guidance and back-up to teammates; participate in safety programs.
