Job summary
Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, is seeking an Electrician to provide electrical and mechanical support for manufacturing equipment. You will diagnose, repair and maintain electrical controls and work with maintenance technicians to keep production running.
The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus 2nd and 3rd shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Electrical license is a plus for eligibility.
- Experience with PLCs and network I/O preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, test or adjust electrical components on manufacturing equipment.
- Support maintenance technicians with mechanical systems and control apparatus.
- Collaborate on installation and layout revisions and continuous improvement projects.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with I/O, PLCs and related hardware/software.
- Develop and verify wiring diagrams and procedures for equipment.
- Follow safety rules and complete annual continuing education.
- Complete repairs in a timely manner and follow up with customers.
