Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities; ensure accurate processing and documentation in the WMS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts with inventory control.
• Enforce safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, HACCP) and drive process improvements.
• Manage equipment use and maintenance; prepare operational reports and shipment documents.
