Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Familiarity with documentation and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with WMS or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and verify shipments against documents and POs.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of shipments.
• Greet and assist drivers during pickup/delivery; explain procedures and safety rules.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels and paperwork for outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicate with team, drivers and supervisors to coordinate activities and report issues.
