Job summary

FreezPak Logistics in Port Reading, NJ, is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to lead inbound operations in our cold-storage warehouse. You will supervise the receiving team, ensure accurate inspection, and maintain documentation in the WMS while partnering with procurement, shipping, and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a logistics degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on receiving; 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience in cold storage or food logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee inbound shipments receipt, unloading, inspection, and documentation in the WMS.
• Ensure inbound product quality, quantity, and condition; report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, shipping, inventory, and warehouse teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for receiving efficiency.
• Maintain safety and compliance, PPE usage, and cold-storage handling.
