Job summary

FreezPak Logistics, LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for the 3rd shift in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on coordinating shipping/receiving activities, assisting drivers, and maintaining documentation to support efficient warehouse operations.

You will work in a fast-paced cold-storage environment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance across all logistics processes while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in shipping/receiving in warehouse or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Shipping and Receiving Coordination: Assist with loading/unloading, verify shipments against documents and PO’s.
Driver Assistance: Greet and assist drivers, provide guidance on procedures and safety.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Prepare shipping documents, labels, and paperwork for outbound shipments.
Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records and perform counts; reconcile discrepancies.
Communication: Coordinate with team members, drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
