Qualifications

• English literacy to read instructions and information.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a heavy‑duty truck repair technician.
• Knowledge of heavy truck repair methods.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise work for Service Technicians; verify quality of work.
• Receive work orders and allocate tasks based on skill and time estimates.
• Perform quality checks and train technicians on workmanship.
• Coordinate communication between Service Writer and Technician on repairs, costs, and timing.
• Track labor charges on flat rate repairs and review hourly rate repairs.
• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and cleanliness; ensure safe operations.
• Interact with customers for service estimates, appointments, and recommendations.
• Support Service Manager, Warranty Administrator, and Credit Department as needed.
