Qualifications

• Formal technical school graduate certificate/degree (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5 years heavy duty truck or related industry experience, including processing repair orders, diagnosis, repair and maintenance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to supervise employees and coordinate with teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates service shop workflow with Service Manager and assigns jobs to Technicians.
• Supervises all assigned service Technicians and monitors performance.
• Coordinates activities between service, parts, and service customers; communicates status and needs.
• Maintains professional communication with customers, vendors and internal contacts; handles inquiries promptly.
• Assists service Technicians in the shop and ensures adequate shop supplies and resources.
