Job summary

Kenworth Sales Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to join the team. This role handles receiving, stocking, and processing stock, picking and packing orders, and coordinating pick-up/delivery of parts to support the sales team.

The position operates on 2nd shift (1:30pm-10pm) with a focus on accuracy, safety and timely order fulfillment. A high school diploma is required, forklift training provided, and a pre-employment drug screen applies.

Qualifications

• Reading and comprehending English instructions and information.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping, knowledge of bills of lading and freight bills.
• Packaging knowledge to protect materials in transit.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a warehouse forklift and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders.
• Manage, organize and retrieve stock in the warehouse.
• Deliver and pickup parts from vendors and customers as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and random bin counts for inventory accuracy.
• Inspect shipments and note any damage on documents.
• Research discrepancies on orders and invoices to correct errors.
