Responsabilités

• Schedule and supervise the Service Shop to ensure timely repairs.
• Assign work to technicians based on skill and time estimates.
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Writer and Production Control on repairs, costs and timelines.
• Close repair orders and ensure accurate labor and parts charges.
• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and safe working conditions.
