Home Chef in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Quality Control Tech for the 2nd shift (12 PM–10:30 PM) with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off. You will work with production to conduct on-the-line checks to ensure labels, ingredients, and recipes meet QA standards.

Responsibilities include labeling checks, sample distribution, portioning verification, line setup, and final box verification. A high school diploma and prior food quality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working in food quality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• On-the-line QC checks of product against recipe specifications and QA sheets.
• Hourly visual inspections of portioned ingredients for accuracy.
• Final box verification and signage on production sheets; ensure bagging accuracy.
