Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Quality Control Lead for the night shift in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee QC Techs on the floor, coach associates, and perform duties including packing, donations, and equipment setup/breakdown.

The role focuses on start-of-shift activities, core QC tasks, ingredient inspection, temperature checks, and training QC staff. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in food quality; Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working in food quality, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-of-shift and product changeover activities.
• Support core QC activities including labeling, portioning, meal bagging, shipping, and final verifications.
• Document verification activities in the appropriate application.
• Conduct temperature checks for coolers and freezers and document results.
• Train and coach QC Techs on FSQA tools and applications.
• Enforce GMPs and SQF compliance and escalate quality issues to FSQA leadership.
