Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Quality Control Tech on the night shift in Atlanta, GA. You will work from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with Fridays through Sundays off, ensuring accurate labeling, portioning, and shipment of meals.

You will inspect labels, verify ingredients, and perform on-line checks alongside production to uphold QA standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior food quality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in food quality is preferred.
• Ability to follow QA sheets and labeling specs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-line checks to verify labels and ingredients against recipe specs.
• Perform hourly visual inspections of portioned ingredients and meal bags.
• Verify line setup, packaging accuracy, and sign-offs on production sheets.
• Escalate quality issues to FSQA leadership when identified.
