Job summary

Home Chef Tempo is seeking a FSQA Technician for the 2nd shift (4:00 PM–12:30 AM) in Atlanta, GA. This role ensures food safety and quality of all product on the line by conducting on-line checks and documentation, while working with production to meet recipe specs and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred experience in food quality and familiar with GMP practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food quality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-line checks of product against safety standards and quality requirements.
• Perform GMP inspections and ensure sanitation and condition compliance.
• Assist with product disposition and deviations when necessary.
• Verify labeling and ingredient accuracy for finished products.
• Assist in training of new employees on Food Safety & Quality practices.
• Support in production/sanitation/safety duties as needed.
