Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis on processing and packaging goods, checks labels, dates, and packaging integrity.
• Conducts metal detection and CCP verification testing.
• Performs post-sanitation inspections and ATP testing on lines.
• Enter data for analysis, holds, and equipment checkouts.
• Holds out-of-specification products.
• Performs any extra duties as assigned.
