Job summary

Home Chef Tempo in Atlanta, GA is seeking a QA/FSQ Technician on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with Fridays and Saturdays off. You will verify recipe compliance, conduct on-line checks, and help maintain our SQF food safety program.

You will train new staff, perform GMP audits, and ensure proper labeling and product disposition. This role requires a high school diploma and preferred prior food quality experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working in food quality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-line checks of product against recipe specifications and quality standards.
• Perform GMP inspections and sanitation audits of production areas.
• Ensure accurate labeling and product verification before release.
• Assist in training Tempo team members on Food Safety & Quality practices.
• Escalate deviations and support disposition of affected product.
