Job summary

Eden Capital Careers in Cedarburg, Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Control Technician for high-pressure die casting with GD&T expertise on the 2nd shift. You will perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, using CMM and hand metrology to verify conformance to drawings and standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of quality technician experience in HPDC or metal component manufacturing.
• Reads engineering drawings and GD&T with precision measuring tools.
• Must reside within 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of die cast components to verify specs.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and CMM for measurements.
• Detect defects and contain issues; issue NCMRs; support root-cause investigations.
• Review drawings, GD&T requirements, control plans, and work instructions.
• Support LPAs, product audits, PPAP, FAI, and gauge validations per ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
