Job summary

Haworth, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Big Rapids, MI. The role focuses on supervising a manufacturing team, maintaining production schedules, and controlling costs on the shop floor.

You will oversee daily activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee production tasks with clear work instructions, quality standards, and targets.
• Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies to maintain a safe workspace.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to manufacturing team on the shop floor.
