Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across burning/plasma, grinding, saw operations, and all related plant machinery.
• Assign and prioritize work across departments to meet production schedules and on-time delivery requirements.
• Review work orders, blueprints, and job specifications to ensure proper setup and execution across all assigned areas.
• Monitor production output, machine utilization, and workflow efficiency; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and company standards at each stage of production.
• Train, mentor, and develop production personnel on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate workflow and scheduling between burning/plasma, grinding, saw operations, and downstream departments including fabrication, welding, and shipping.
