• Provide training and ensure operational functions are performed correctly.
• Meet or exceed quality, machine operation, productivity, and safety targets.
• Follow SOPs for shift and machine operation to maintain high standards.
• Support future duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Manage all shift employees according to IFCO policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
