Job summary

IFS Industries in Garland, TX is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift. You will drive safety, quality, production performance, and continuous improvement while supporting daily operations to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who builds accountability within teams, coaches hourly operators and line leads, and resolves operational challenges on the floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality systems.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive improvements.
• Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings, enforce PPE, and maintain housekeeping.
• Plan and execute production schedules safely and efficiently.
• Monitor KPI performance, downtime, and quality.
• Coach and develop hourly operators and line leads.
• Coordinate shift staffing and handoffs.
