Job summary

IFCO Systems US, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our production shift with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will ensure safe operations, enforce PPE and AIB standards, and drive performance against production goals for the facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with 25+ employees preferred.
• Experience leading a high-volume production operation.

Responsibilities
