Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
• Previous leadership and supervisory position within a high-volume production operation.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 25+ employees strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for documentation processes and quality paperwork.
• Enforce safety policies and processes for all personnel.
• Provide personnel training and enforcement of all operational functions.
• Ensure all expectations are met regarding quality and machine operation.
• Manage all shift employees according to IFCO policies.
