Job summary

IFCO Group is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor in McDonough to lead a high-volume shift, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive operational efficiency. You will ensure proper PPE adherence, safety training, and adherence to SOPs to meet production goals set by management.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
• Experience in a high-volume production operation with 25+ employees preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure PPE usage per standards.
• Train and develop shift personnel; manage performance and conduct.
• Ensure quality, machine operation, productivity, and safety targets are met or exceeded.
