IFCO Systems is seeking a Shift Supervisor in McDonough, GA to oversee daily shift operations, ensuring safety, product quality, and production efficiency while meeting senior management targets.

You will lead a high-volume production team, enforce safety policies, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement through planning, communication, and collaboration with maintenance, quality, and supply chain.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a line supervisor.
• Leadership role in a high-volume production operation.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with 25+ employees strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee shift operations with focus on safety, quality, and output.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE compliance; uphold AIB standards where applicable.
• Provide personnel training and enforce operational functions within the facility.
