IFS Industries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our Garland facility. You will drive safety, quality, and production performance while developing employees and pursuing continuous improvement.

The role supports manufacturing operations on the 2nd shift (1:45 PM – 10:15 PM) and requires ability to work overtime during peak periods. You will ensure daily operations meet company standards and customer expectations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Experience leading teams, coaching employees, and managing performance.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive operational improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout and housekeeping standards.
• Lead daily safety meetings and weekly toolbox talks.
• Investigate accidents and report corrective actions within 24 hours.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, and company regulations.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, scrap, labor efficiency, and machine utilization.
• Coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and production resources.
